What other better way than to dive right in? We are going to start with the Absolute basics  of power automation, and what better way than the good old cliche 'Hello World' program test!  Step 1: Create a flow Step 2: Select Instant cloud flow  Throughout using power automation, you will notice that Instant cloud flows are a commonly used practice when used for developing new flow types.  Step 3: Build an instant cloud flow You will be presented with the following screen, select manually trigger a flow as the test requirements can be easily triggered, for instance within the blog post, we will be using the instant cloud flow 'Hello World' string which could be represented within an email, a file etc.  Step 4:

#2 - Power Automation Overview

New to Power Automation? Don't worry. You will soon notice the hours passing unaware of how much fun you're actually having, and from experience the same feeling as programming applies here, there is no greater relief than when the flow works as intended. :)  What is power automation? In case you're a complete beginner within power automation, which I assume coming onto this blog first that is not the case, this will be structured to users who hold zero programming/scripting knowledge, and you will soon realise that you don't even know how to code to create easy to business case flows! I come from a background in Python, so this may of helped me understand things a little quickly, but I promise you. This blog will take you from zero to hero in automation without any experience.  Within the create section there are various flows type that can be selected.  More to be added.

Welcome to my blog! Thank you for visiting my blog. I started this site to support those who want to improve their learning within Power Automation. I have been working in Power Automation for six months and have a background in Python programming. My experience in PA at the moment involves integrating power automation flows into business solutions to automate helpdesk operators within ITSM within large-scale enterprise networks, typically working with blue-chip corporations. I also have a degree in networks and security, as well as experience in programming, scripting, Linux, hacking, and network security. I like to think that because of this, my security logic is generally applied in most situations.
